# Morning Briefing Overview

> ClickBoss delivers your top three marketing priorities every morning at 8:30am: what is at risk, what is growing, and your forecast vs targets.

The morning briefing is the core of ClickBoss. It lands in your inbox and on your dashboard every day at 8:30am, before most people start their first meeting.

Instead of opening five dashboards and figuring out what changed overnight, you get three cards. Each one tells you something specific and tells you what to do about it.

## The three sections

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="Risk">
    Something dropped below your threshold. A campaign's ROAS fell. Spend spiked. Traffic from a key source disappeared.

    The Risk card tells you what happened, why it happened, and what to do next. You do not need to go digging. The diagnosis is already done.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Growth">
    Something is outperforming. A campaign is returning above-average ROAS. A channel is gaining efficiency. A segment is converting at twice the average rate.

    The Growth card surfaces the signal so you can act on it before the window closes. Most positive signals go unnoticed because there is no alert for "this is going well."
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Forecast">
    Are you on track to hit your monthly target?

    ClickBoss calculates your current pace across revenue, spend, and CPA and shows you where you will land at month end if nothing changes. When you are off track, it shows you the gap and tells you what needs to shift.
