ClickBoss connects to your marketing platforms via OAuth. You authorise the connection once and ClickBoss reads your data automatically from that point on.

Supported platforms

PlatformWhat ClickBoss reads
Meta AdsCampaign spend, ROAS, CPA, ad set performance
Google AdsCampaign spend, keywords, search terms, quality scores
Google Analytics 4Sessions, traffic sources, conversions, funnel metrics
ShopifyRevenue, orders, products, MER
HubSpotPipeline health, deal stages, MQL volume

How to connect a platform

  1. Open your project in ClickBoss.
  2. Click Connect a platform or go to Project Settings and select the Integrations tab.
  3. Click the platform you want to connect.
  4. You will be redirected to that platform to authorise access.
  5. Once authorised, you are returned to ClickBoss and the connection is live.
Make sure you are logged into the correct account on each platform before starting the OAuth flow. For example, if you manage multiple Google Ads accounts, confirm you are logged into the right one.

Workspace-level connections

If you are part of a ClickBoss workspace with multiple members, any team member can connect a platform and all workspace members can use that connection. A CMO does not need admin access to Meta Ads if an analyst on the team has already connected it.

What happens after you connect

As soon as a platform is connected, ClickBoss runs an immediate scan. This is separate from the 8:30am morning briefing. Early insights appear on your project home screen within a few minutes. From that point, ClickBoss monitors your connected platforms continuously and includes them in your daily morning briefing.
