Risk
The Risk card flags something that dropped below a threshold or behaved unexpectedly overnight. What you will see:- What happened (e.g. “Meta ROAS dropped 38% vs your 7-day baseline”)
- Why it happened (e.g. “CPMs rose 22% with no change in conversion rate, indicating a media cost issue”)
- What to do (e.g. “Pause the three lowest-performing ad sets and reallocate budget to the top performer”)
Not every Risk is urgent. Some are informational. The briefing tells you the severity so you can prioritise.
Growth
The Growth card surfaces something that is performing better than expected. What you will see:- What is outperforming (e.g. “Google Ads branded campaigns returning 6.2x ROAS vs 4.1x baseline”)
- Why it matters (e.g. “Efficiency has improved for three consecutive days”)
- What to do (e.g. “Increase daily budget by 20% to capitalise on the current performance window”)
Forecast
The Forecast card shows whether you are on track to hit your monthly targets. What you will see:- Current pace vs target for revenue, spend, and CPA
- Projected month-end number based on current trajectory
- The gap between your projection and your target
| Signal | What it means |
|---|---|
| On track | Current pace will hit target if it holds |
| At risk | You are behind and need to adjust |
| Over budget | Spend is tracking above target |
| Ahead of target | Revenue is running ahead. Consider whether targets need revising |

Why did I not receive a briefing today?
Check that at least one integration is connected and active. If a connected platform had an API outage overnight, the briefing may be incomplete. ClickBoss will flag this in the briefing itself.
What does 'vs baseline' mean?
What does 'vs baseline' mean?
ClickBoss compares today’s metrics against a rolling baseline, typically a 7-day or 30-day average depending on the metric. This filters out day-of-week variation and surfaces genuine changes.
