Your morning briefing has three cards. Here is how to read each one.

Risk

The Risk card flags something that dropped below a threshold or behaved unexpectedly overnight. What you will see:
  • What happened (e.g. “Meta ROAS dropped 38% vs your 7-day baseline”)
  • Why it happened (e.g. “CPMs rose 22% with no change in conversion rate, indicating a media cost issue”)
  • What to do (e.g. “Pause the three lowest-performing ad sets and reallocate budget to the top performer”)
How to act on it: Read the recommendation first. If you agree with the diagnosis, follow the action. If you want more detail, click Investigate to open a full analysis in ClickBoss.
Not every Risk is urgent. Some are informational. The briefing tells you the severity so you can prioritise.

Growth

The Growth card surfaces something that is performing better than expected. What you will see:
  • What is outperforming (e.g. “Google Ads branded campaigns returning 6.2x ROAS vs 4.1x baseline”)
  • Why it matters (e.g. “Efficiency has improved for three consecutive days”)
  • What to do (e.g. “Increase daily budget by 20% to capitalise on the current performance window”)
How to act on it: Growth signals decay. A campaign outperforming today may not be next week. If the recommendation makes sense, act on it the same day.

Forecast

The Forecast card shows whether you are on track to hit your monthly targets. What you will see:
  • Current pace vs target for revenue, spend, and CPA
  • Projected month-end number based on current trajectory
  • The gap between your projection and your target
How to read the gap:
SignalWhat it means
On trackCurrent pace will hit target if it holds
At riskYou are behind and need to adjust
Over budgetSpend is tracking above target
Ahead of targetRevenue is running ahead. Consider whether targets need revising
How to act on it: If the forecast shows a gap, look at the Risk card first. Often the same issue that created a risk signal is also what is pulling the forecast off track.

Frequently asked questions

The Risk and Growth cards still work without targets. The Forecast card will have limited output. Set your monthly targets in Project Settings for the full forecast.
Yes. Open your project dashboard and scroll to the briefing history section.
Check that at least one integration is connected and active. If a connected platform had an API outage overnight, the briefing may be incomplete. ClickBoss will flag this in the briefing itself.
ClickBoss compares today’s metrics against a rolling baseline, typically a 7-day or 30-day average depending on the metric. This filters out day-of-week variation and surfaces genuine changes.
